Can I modify the questionnaire wording?
Modification of the NASH-CHECK requires permission from Novartis. Please contact RWS Life Sciences if you have any questions regarding possible modifications to the scale.
What methods of administration can be used with the NASH-CHECK?
NASH-CHECK can be used in paper and pen or electronic (ePRO) formats. Please refer to the NASH-CHECK electronic implementation guide for further information on ePRO design and administration. This guide is available for use by NASH-CHECK license holders.
Please contact RWS Life Sciences for further information on adaptations for different methods of administration (e.g., PDA, Web or IVR administration).
Can I reformat the questionnaire?
The NASH-CHECK may be reformatted (e.g., different font, boxes, or blanks) to make it consistent with other instruments used in a study. Questionnaire formatting can be amended for ePRO design in accordance with the NASH-CHECK electronic implementation guide.
How do I obtain permission to use the NASH-CHECK?
Novartis is the copyright holder of the NASH-CHECK. The instrument may not be reproduced or translated in whole or in part without the express written permission of the copyright holder. Click here to request a usage license.

What are the licensing fees associated with the NASH-CHECK?
